As the days lengthen and Provincetown shakes off its quiet winter self, we gather on the edge for our signature spring ritual: golden hour with a glass of something beautiful in hand Each evening from mid-April through June, our sommelier curates a small selection of wines paired with artisan cheeses and seasonal accompaniments — a perfect unhurried hour to watch the light shift in extraordinary ways.
