As the days grow shorter and Provincetown settles into its golden season, we gather on the edge for our signature autumn ritual: sunset hour with a glass of something beautiful in hand. Each evening from September through November, our sommelier curates a small selection of wines paired with artisan cheeses and seasonal accompaniments — a perfect unhurried hour to watch the light shift in extraordinary ways.
